By accessing our website (webhacksolutions.com), purchasing consulting services, signing an enterprise Statement of Work (SOW), or registering for Webhack Academy training events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Offensive security, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing (VAPT) services are performed exclusively under strict legal parameters:

• Explicit Written Authorization: Client represents and warrants that it owns or possesses valid, verified written authority over all IP addresses, domains, cloud tenants, and applications targeted during the test.
• Ethical Conduct: Webhack Solutions conducts testing strictly within the mutually defined scope and timing window outlined in the formal Statement of Work.
• No Intentional Disruption: While we employ industry-standard non-destructive testing methodologies, penetration testing carries inherent risks to legacy or unpatched systems. Clients are required to maintain active, verified data backups prior to testing commencement.
• Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure: Security findings and remediation reports provided to the client are strictly confidential and must not be weaponized or made public without mutual written consent.

Students, workshop attendees, and bootcamp participants at Webhack Academy agree:

• Educational Use Only: All techniques, tools, scripts, and attack simulations taught during bootcamps and workshops are intended exclusively for authorized defensive research and career development.
• Zero Tolerance for Unauthorized Hacking: Any use of knowledge gained from Webhack Solutions to launch unauthorized cyber attacks, probe unauthorized third-party infrastructure, or breach the Indian Information Technology (IT) Act 2000 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of academy access without refund, alongside referral to appropriate authorities.
• Non-Transferability: Workshop passes and LMS access credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared, broadcast, or duplicated.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand elements ("Webhack Solutions", "Netra Scan"), proprietary assessment scripts, course curriculums, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Webhack Solutions Private Limited. Custom client deliverables created under a paid agreement (e.g., custom media films, finalized audit reports) become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall Webhack Solutions, its directors, officers, or founder Arya Tyagi be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, downtime, or data corruption) arising out of the use of our services or website. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
