Full Refund (100%)
Full refund minus standard payment gateway transaction processing fees (~2%).
50% Refund / Credit
50% cash refund OR 100% voucher credit valid for any future workshop or bootcamp batch.
Transfer Eligible
No cash refunds once lab slots are provisioned. However, you may transfer your pass to a colleague or peer for free.
2. Enterprise Consulting, VAPT & Media Services
For custom B2B engagements, offensive security assessments, digital marketing campaigns, and commercial media productions:
- Governed by SOW: Cancellation clauses, milestone deliverables, and retainer terms defined in the executed Statement of Work (SOW) supersede general website policies.
- Pre-commencement: In the event a client cancels an engagement before security engineers or production crews mobilize, advance deposits are refunded less direct preparation expenses incurred.
- Post-commencement: Fees for completed audit phases, forensic examinations, or filmed media days are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your refund request is verified and approved by our finance desk:
- Refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Funds reflect in the customer's original bank account, credit card, or UPI VPA within 5 to 7 working days, subject to inter-bank clearing cycles.
- A confirmation receipt with transaction reference ID is immediately dispatched to your registered email address.
